He is in high demand to speak at real estate conferences across Australia, presenting to business owners and sales teams. He is also mentor to a number of up and coming younger real estate professionals. 

In 2017, Nick was recognised as the Franchise Owner of the Year in the LJ Hooker Network SA. He sits on the national Admiral Advisory Group, which determine the direction and progression of LJ Hooker. He has sat on a number of boards including the Society of Auctioneers and Appraisers.
