Our office has been honoured with the REISA Residential Agency of the Year Award in the medium category in 2018, 2019 and 2021, following Silver awards in 2016 and 2017. These wins were achieved in exceptionally competitive fields and recognised as standout performances during some of the most challenging market conditions in recent memory. In 2022, we were inducted into the REISA Hall of Fame, one of the most significant accolades an agency can receive in South Australia.

Our success extends across the LJ Hooker network as well. LJ Hooker Kensington | Unley has been recognised with LJ Hooker SA Top Sales Office on multiple occasions, as well as repeated awards for LJ Hooker Excellence in Marketing, acknowledging the strength and consistency of our campaigns.

Our Principal, Nick Ploubidis, has been named LJ Hooker Principal of the Year in both 2022 and 2023, continuing a long line of leadership excellence within the office. Past principals have also achieved top honours across the network, including multiple Golden Gavel Auctioneering titles, further highlighting the calibre of leadership that has shaped the business over the decades.

Nationally, we have secured a place in the REB Top 50 Sales Offices in Australia in both 2016 and 2018, a ranking judged on performance metrics such as productivity, support systems and sales effectiveness. These results reinforce the depth of our team and the confidence our clients place in our process.
