Awards for Excellence

Our proudest achievements are winning the Real Estate Institute of South Australia Agency of the Year Award back to back to back in 2018, 2019 and 2021 in the medium category.

The stars of the real estate industry were recognised in November 2021 at the REISA Awards for Excellence.  With almost 140 entrants, REISA president Brett Roenfeldt described the calibre of that year's competition as outstanding.

2021 marked our fifth year as entrants.  Having won Silver in 2016 and 2017, we were proud to have been awarded Gold in 2018, 2019 and again in 2021 as Residential Agency of the Year for the medium category. This recognition was a tribute to the grit and determination of the entire team on the back of a challenging market.  Some would say the most challenging year experienced in their careers.

Congratulations went to Janine Bergin and Mariah Brierley who took out Bronze in their respected categories. 

We are very proud and honoured to have be inducted into the REISA Hall of Fame 2022.

We have also been ranked in the Top 50 real estate offices in Australia by REB in 2016 and 2018. Reinforcing the strength in our team and that our clients are in the most capable hands in the industry

The REB Top 50 Sales Offices ranking is an initiative of leading industry resource Real Estate Business, which is produced by award-winning media business Momentum Media.

We are proud to have been named one of Australia's leading real estate sales offices in a national list of top performing real estate brands. Securing a position for the second time in the Real Estate Business (REB) Top 50 Sales Offices 2018 ranking. 

The criteria for qualification is judged on a number of metrics including volume, productivity, support staff, team size and list to sell ratio.
